The size you need depends on your usage:

DiaperChamp One Standard (HF) and classic regualar (30): Ideal for normal households, hotel rooms, or home-based childcare.

DiaperChamp One Maxi (HF): (60) Perfect for tall people (same height as your changing station) Perfect for hospitals, public restrooms, daycare centers or homes with multiple children, storing up to 60 diapers.

DiaperChamp Classic Medium (50) and Large (70): Suitable for high-capacity needs in nurseries and daycare centers.

DiaperChamp's innovative two-step opening mechanism, you can change the bag without letting odours escape. First, lift the entire lid and close the bag. Then, detach the top section to remove the bag, keeping the smell contained within the bag. See video How to Change a bag

DiaperChamp is designed to work with any standard trash bags. Ensure that the bag is properly fitted and secured inside the pail for optimal performance.

Difficulty in turning the handle could be due to a full bag or a blockage. Check if the bag is overfilled or if any diaper is obstructing the mechanism. Also, ensure that the seals and moving parts are clean and free from debris.

This is very easy to fix by removing the right button (on the side of the opening, where the logos are printed), and clicking it back on.

Unfortunately, you cannot convert your DiaperChamp 

This depends on your hygiene preferences and the intensity of diaper odours, especially as your child starts eating solid foods. For most, we recommend changing the bag every 3 days. During hot summer days, it's advisable to empty the DiaperChamp more frequently. Additionally, airing out the DiaperChamp for an hour (outdoors) once a week helps ventilate the plastic lower bucket.

GENERAL: Ensure the bag is inserted through the bag holder, not wrapped around the lower bucket to maintain an airtight seal and prevent odours. Clean the lower bucket with a plastic cleaner if odours have permeated the plastic, and air out the DiaperChamp outdoors.

DIAPERCHAMP CLASSIC: Avoid exposing rubber seals to direct sunlight to prevent damage. Keep the handle in the horizontal position after use for an airtight seal. Rotate the handle back after use to maintain freshness if odour issues persist.

DIAPERCHAMP ONE: Return the DiaperChamp to the open position after each diaper disposal to prevent odours from sticking to the piston. Use high-quality trash bags; avoid using thin, flimsy materials.

Please watch the video to see how to disassemble the top part of the DiaperChamp. You can clean it in the dishwasher (at the lowest temperature, not exceeding 40 degrees Celsius). However, the "ball" and rubber rings should not be placed in the dishwasher; they should be wiped with a soft cleaning agent and a cloth instead. The two halves of the top part of the DiaperChamp are firmly attached, so you'll need to exert some force to separate them. You can clean the inner bucket of the DiaperChamp with a plastic cleaner or a good cleaning agent. Remember to leave the DiaperChamp open regularly to ventilate.
