Refund policy

Exchanges and Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at services@garland.nl. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. The item should, if possible, be returned in its original packaging and with sufficient postage.

PLEASE NOTE: Items that have been used or damaged will not be accepted as returns. Because returned items must be resalable as new, we cannot accept returns of items that have been assembled or used. A full refund will only be issued if the item is unused, returned in its original packaging, and includes your name and address. If the returned item shows signs of use or is not in its original packaging, a partial refund may be issued, at the discretion of our customer service team. 

If the consumer orders products that require assembly (e.g., products that require mounting, installation, or configuration), the entrepreneur is not obligated to accept the return of these products unless they are defective or do not conform to the specifications. The consumer acknowledges that once assembled, these products may no longer be in a condition to be resold, and thus may not be subject to the usual right of withdrawal, except in cases of clear defects or non-conformity.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Item If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or defective, please email our customer service team at services@garland.nl with the following details:

  • Name and address
  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photo or video showing the problem

Our customer service team will respond as soon as possible (within three days at most). 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
