How to Keep Your Diaper Pail 100% Odour-Free

Our diaper pails feature the most effective odourless system on the market, that’s why they are the only ones trusted by childcare professionals. To ensure you keep them working 100% odour-free, there are a few important things to keep in mind:

YOU CAN USE ANY BAY

But make sure it is good quality and properly placed in the pail. Thin or poorly fitting bags can allow moisture and odour to escape too quickly. Our own bags (40L or 100L) are ideal, but any good quality trash bag with the right fit will work. Make sure the bag reaches properly to the bottom of the pail; otherwise, it may slip down under the weight of used diapers. Our Medium ONE and Maxi ONE models also include a built-in bag holder at the bottom, so you always have a spare bag ready.

KEEP YOUR PAIL CLEAN

Our diaper pails can be fully disassembled for thorough cleaning. Check the instruction video for your model. (ONE or Classic) All parts except the silicone rings can even go in the dishwasher. For particularly soiled diapers, our Handsfree models include a diaper bag compartment just under the lid.

CHECK THE PARTS

For our Classic models, we recommend replacing the silicone rings every 2 to 3 years, as cleaning agents and sunlight can cause them to wear out over time. Watch the instruction video how to replace them.
